The Facilitated Definition (“Scrapping”) provides for the possibility of extinguishing the debts entered in the role contained in the payment notes, by paying the sums due without paying the penalties and interest on arrears. For road fines, interest on arrears and the increases provided for by law are not paid.
In order to have access to this automatic amnesty, the taxpayer must have a taxable income no higher than 30,000 euros. For this reason, by September 30th, the Revenue will communicate to the Concessionaire for Collection the list of taxpayers who have an income within the parameters.
