Energy Performance Certificate (APE), what is it?

PWS has signed a partnership agreement with several professionals able to carry out the APE (Energy Performance Certificate).

The APE Energy Certificate is drawn up by a professional, called the “certifying subject” or energy certifier, that is, a qualified technician who is regularly enrolled in his professional college.

Requirements

The Ape must be renewed: when the 10 years from its release expire, every time the building has been restructured or altered its energy performance.

The following are exempt from the obligation of energy certification: Agricultural, artisanal, industrial and non-residential structures as long as they have air-conditioned rooms, kept at a specific temperature for needs related to the production process

Energy Performance Certificate (APE): how to get it?

PWS will take care of selecting the suitable certifier for the type of property and will agree together on the site inspection to obtain the certificate.
