Requirements

To obtain the four new monthly payments, from June to September 2021, all the following requirements must be met:
The applicant is resident in Italy.
The value of family income, in April 2021, determined on the basis of the cash principle, is lower than the monthly amount of the REm benefit potentially due (this threshold, for families residing in rented homes, is increased by a twelfth of the annual value of the rent as declared for ISEE purposes).
The value of the family’s movable assets, with reference to 31 December 2020, is below a threshold of € 10,000, increased by € 5,000 for each component subsequent to the first and up to a maximum of € 20,000. The ceiling is increased by 5,000 euros in the event of the presence in the family unit of a member in a condition of serious disability or non self-sufficiency, as defined for ISEE purposes.The
value of the Equivalent Economic Situation Indicator (ISEE) is less than 15,000 euros.
No member of the family unit receives or has received economic treatment related to the COVID 19 emergency referred to in Article 10, of the Decree Law 22 March 2021, n.41
No member of the family unit has a direct or indirect pension with the exception of the ordinary disability allowance.
No member of the family unit has an employment relationship whose gross monthly salary is higher than the maximum family income threshold, identified in relation to the composition of the unit.
No member of the family unit is a recipient of income or citizenship pension or similar measures established by the autonomous provinces of Trento and Bolzano.
